We are seeking a skilled Business/Office Administration Trainer with SETA accreditation to deliver high-quality training and development programs focused on office management, administrative functions, and workplace efficiency. The ideal candidate will have experience in corporate training, a strong understanding of modern administrative tools, and best practices, especially in hybrid workplace environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deliver accredited training programs for employees on office administration, management practices, and workplace efficiency.
- Ensure that all training programs meet SETA accreditation standards and compliance requirements.
- Assess the training needs of employees and tailor content to meet the specific requirements of the organization.
- Provide hands-on training in modern administrative tools and software.
- Offer guidance and coaching on hybrid workplace management, including remote and in-office workflows.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in office administration and corporate training.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Business Administration, Office Management, or HR.
- SETA accreditation and experience delivering SETA-accredited training programs.
- Proven experience in corporate training or professional development.
- Strong knowledge of hybrid workplace management and remote work best practices.
- Familiarity with modern administrative tools (e.g., MS Office Suite, project management software, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create engaging and effective training materials.
- Ability to work independently and manage training schedules effectively.
- A degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is preferred.
