Our client, a leading manufacturer in the industry, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fabrication Manager to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire fabrication process, ensuring that production meets the highest quality standards and is completed on time. This role is critical to the success of our client’s operations, as it involves managing a team of fabricators, coordinating with other departments, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise the fabrication team, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
• Develop and implement fabrication processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Coordinate with design, engineering, and procurement teams to ensure the seamless execution of projects.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels of materials and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training and development opportunities for team members.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the fabrication process.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop strategies for optimizing fabrication operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related discipline preferred.
• Strong knowledge of fabrication processes, materials, and equipment.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using fabrication software and tools.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in fabrication, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing fabrication projects from start to finish.
• In-depth knowledge of metal fabrication, welding, and machining processes.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, including OSHA and ISO.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
