Our client, a leading firm in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry, is seeking a reliable and hardworking General Worker to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks that support daily operations within our manufacturing and distribution facilities. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Performing manual labor tasks, including loading, unloading, stacking, and moving packaged goods and raw materials.

• Assisting with the setup, operational support, and cleanup of production lines and warehouse areas.

• Assisting in packing, sorting, labeling, and palletizing products for distribution.

• Cleaning and sanitizing work surfaces, equipment, and storage facilities to maintain strict hygiene standards.

• Operating basic warehouse tools, pallet jacks, and equipment under supervision.

• Following all health, safety, food hygiene, and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar FMCG, manufacturing, or warehouse role is a plus, but not required.

• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy stock, standing for long periods, and working in shift-based environments (including cold-storage environments, where applicable).

• Reliable and punctual.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.

• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
