Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join their dynamic team. This role is crucial in supporting the HR department’s daily operations and ensuring the smooth running of HR-related processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and coordinating interviews.
  • Manage and maintain employee records, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Support onboarding processes for new employees, including preparing induction materials and coordinating orientation sessions.
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Assist in payroll processing by preparing relevant documentation and ensuring timely and accurate data submission.
  • Coordinate employee training and development programs.
  • Assist with the administration of employee benefits and leave management.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve department efficiency.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and presentations as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in an HR Assistant role or a similar administrative position is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
