As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring customers have a positive shopping experience and the store operates smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and offering product recommendations.
• Sales Support: Assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs and preferences, and encourage add-on sales to maximize revenue.
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest products and promotions, and be able to accurately describe product features and benefits.
• Merchandising: Help maintain attractive, organized product displays and ensure the store is visually appealing at all times.
• Stock Management: Assist in receiving, unpacking, and organizing merchandise, as well as restocking shelves to ensure a well-stocked store.
• Point-of-Sale Operations: Efficiently manage transactions at the register, including processing sales, returns, and exchanges.
• Store Maintenance: Keep the store clean, tidy, and well-organized, ensuring a pleasant shopping environment for customers.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive team environment.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• A friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine desire to help customers.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• SA ID/Passport or valid work permit.
