• Keep accurate records of all interactions, sales, and appointments in the CRM system
• Provide exceptional customer service and handle inquiries efficiently
• Follow up on previous calls to ensure customer satisfaction and close sales

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of telemarketing, sales, or customer service experience
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM software and proficient in MS Office
• Motivation: Target-driven and able to work independently
• Other: Fluent in English, both written and verbal; additional languages are a plus
• Availability: Must be able to work flexible hours

Qualifications:
