Core Responsibilities:

• Data Labeling & Annotation: Create, review, and refine large sets of text data to train the model on specific tasks (summarization, creative writing, logic, etc.).
• Response Ranking: Evaluate multiple AI-generated responses and rank them based on truthfulness, tone, and instruction-following.
• Prompt Engineering: Draft complex prompts to “stress test” the model’s capabilities and identify areas of weakness or bias.
• Fact-Checking: Verify the technical and historical accuracy of AI outputs using reliable sources.
• Safety Benchmarking: Identify and flag “jailbreak” attempts or harmful content to ensure the AI adheres to ethical guidelines.

Candidate Profile: What You Bring:

• Exceptional Writing Skills: You have a mastery of grammar, nuance, and tone. You can spot a “robotic” sentence from a mile away.
• Analytical Rigor: You enjoy breaking down complex problems and can explain why one answer is better than another.
• Technical Literacy: While you don’t need a CS degree, you should be comfortable with basic data concepts and quick to learn new software interfaces.
• Attention to Detail: You’re the person who finds the typo in the 50th paragraph.
• Domain Expertise (Optional but Preferred): Specialization in fields like STEM, Law, Creative Writing, or Coding (Python/Java) is a major plus.

Technical Requirements:

• Experience with Markdown or basic HTML formatting.
• Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.).
