The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks that support daily operations on-site. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Performing manual labor tasks, including lifting and moving construction materials and equipment.
• Assisting with the setup and cleanup of work sites.
• Mixing cement, mortar, and other building materials.
• Digging trenches and foundations.
• Operating basic hand and power tools under supervision.
• Following all safety protocols and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy objects, standing for long periods, and working in various weather conditions.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
