Our client, a leading firm in the construction industry, is seeking a reliable and hardworking General Worker to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks that support daily operations on-site. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performing manual labor tasks, including lifting and moving construction materials and equipment.
- Assisting with the setup and cleanup of work sites.
- Mixing cement, mortar, and other building materials.
- Digging trenches and foundations.
- Operating basic hand and power tools under supervision.
- Following all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy objects, standing for long periods, and working in various weather conditions.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
