Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join their dynamic team. This role is crucial in supporting the HR department’s daily operations and ensuring the smooth running of HR-related processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and coordinating interviews.
- Manage and maintain employee records, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate.
- Support onboarding processes for new employees, including preparing induction materials and coordinating orientation sessions.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Assist in payroll processing by preparing relevant documentation and ensuring timely and accurate data submission.
- Coordinate employee training and development programs.
- Assist with the administration of employee benefits and leave management.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve department efficiency.
- Prepare HR-related reports and presentations as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in an HR Assistant role or a similar administrative position is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
