We are looking for an experienced Leadership and Management Trainer to deliver impactful training on team dynamics, leadership development, and HR fundamentals for supervisors and managers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leadership coaching, organizational behavior, and employee management strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver training programs on leadership development, team building, and employee management.
• Apply the Lencioni model of teamwork to enhance workplace collaboration and performance.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to supervisors, helping them develop their leadership skills.
• Educate managers on HR policies, including absenteeism, disability management, and employee relations.
• Conduct workshops and interactive sessions to foster a positive leadership culture.
• Assess training effectiveness and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in leadership training, HR, or business management.
• Background in Leadership, Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, or Business Management.
• Proven experience in coaching and mentoring leaders at various levels.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies and best practices related to supervision and employee management.
• Expertise in team dynamics and team-building methodologies (Lencioni model preferred).
• Exceptional communication and facilitation skills.
• Ability to adapt training to different organizational needs and industries.
