Our client is seeking a Sales Manager to join their team. They are looking for a dynamic and results-driven professional to lead and manage their sales team, driving growth and expanding market presence.

Job Description:
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. You will lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure the team meets and exceeds sales goals. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of sales processes, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.

  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the sales team’s skills and knowledge.
  • Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve issues to maintain customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the retail industry is a plus.
  • Advanced degree or professional certifications in sales or management.
