We are seeking an experienced Soft Skills Trainer / Corporate Communication Trainer to design and deliver impactful training programs focused on interpersonal skills, workplace communication, and conflict resolution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in psychology, HR, communications, or training & development, with expertise in leadership and professional development training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and conduct training sessions on soft skills, leadership, assertive communication, and conflict resolution.
• Implement interactive workshops, role-playing exercises, and real-world case studies to enhance learning experiences.
• Assess training needs and tailor content to align with organizational and participant requirements.
• Provide coaching and constructive feedback to individuals and teams to improve communication effectiveness.
• Utilize behavioral assessments such as DISC, MBTI, or similar tools to refine training approaches.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements based on feedback and performance metrics.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in corporate training and soft skills development.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate training, soft skills coaching, or professional development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR, Communications, Training & Development, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of personality styles and behavioral assessments (DISC, MBTI, etc.).
• Proven expertise in assertive communication and conflict resolution techniques.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with diverse teams and adapt training methods to different learning styles.
• Proficiency in MS Office and online training tools.
• Must be able to work within strict timelines and deliver high-quality training programs.
• Valid Driver’s License & Own Vehicle – Non-Negotiable.
• Fluent in Afrikaans and English.
• SETA accreditation preferred.
• Traceable references required.
