We’re looking for a dedicated System Administrator to manage and maintain our clients’ server and telephony systems. You’ll be responsible for the stability, security, and performance of their critical IT services, including server administration, user management, and the implementation of backup and disaster recovery solutions.

Education & Experience:

• Education: A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is strongly preferred. A combination of an associate degree and significant experience with relevant certifications may be considered.
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a system administration or server management role.
• Certifications: Certifications like Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate, CompTIA Server+, or certifications in virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware Certified Professional) are highly valued.

Basic Requirements:

• Extensive experience with server operating systems (Windows Server, Linux).
• Proficiency in administering Active Directory, Group Policy, and user access controls.
• Hands-on experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
• Solid understanding of backup and disaster recovery methodologies.
• Experience with the administration and support of telephony systems, such as VoIP.
• Strong scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell, Bash) for task automation are a significant advantage.
