We are seeking a dedicated Technical & Infrastructure Support professional to provide advanced technical assistance for our internal and external clients. You will be responsible for troubleshooting complex hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring the stability and reliability of our IT infrastructure.

Education & Experience:

• Education: A Matric certificate is required. A relevant diploma or certification (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+) is highly preferred.
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a technical support or infrastructure support role.

Basic Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of desktop, server, and network hardware and software.
• Experience with troubleshooting complex issues across various operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS).
• Familiarity with network services (DNS, DHCP) and firewall configuration.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• A solid understanding of IT security principles.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
