Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. The Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them on their digital transformation journey and ensuring their needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts.
- Develop a deep understanding of clients’ businesses and challenges.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal technical teams.
- Ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in account management or client-facing roles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of IT services and digital transformation.
