The Software Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs to ensure clients and end-users can effectively use their new ERP software. This role requires a passion for teaching and the ability to simplify complex technical information for diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and update training materials, including manuals, guides, and presentations.
• Conduct engaging training sessions for both individuals and groups, either in person or remotely.
• Assess trainees’ progress and provide feedback and support.
• Collaborate with consultants and support staff to address common user challenges.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of software features and best practices.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, IT, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of proven experience as a corporate trainer or software instructor.
• Excellent public speaking and presentation skills.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
• Experience with ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365, is a significant advantage.
