We’re seeking a technically skilled Hardware and Software Specialist to provide comprehensive support for our clients’ technology needs. You’ll handle the full lifecycle of hardware and software assets, from procurement and installation to configuration and ongoing support. Your work will ensure that our clients have the right tools and that they are functioning optimally.

Education & Experience:

• Education: A Matric certificate is required. An associate degree in a computer-related field or relevant certifications are a definite plus.
• Experience: 2-4 years of experience in a technical support, hardware repair, or similar role.
• Certifications: CompTIA A+ is highly desirable. Vendor-specific certifications for hardware (e.g., Apple Certified Support Professional) or software (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate) are beneficial.

Basic Requirements:

• Proven ability to assemble, install, and troubleshoot computer hardware components (e.g., desktops, laptops, servers).
• Strong knowledge of installing, configuring, and updating operating systems and various software applications.
• Experience with hardware diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage and track hardware and software inventory.
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical users.
