The Sales and Account Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth and maintaining strong relationships with clients. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing the sales cycle, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new leads and develop a robust sales pipeline.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements.
  • Manage existing client accounts, identify upsell opportunities, and ensure client needs are met.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in a sales, business development, or account management role, preferably in the technology sector.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
