About the Role:

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical HR Analyst to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting HR data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to support HR strategies and business objectives. This role is crucial in ensuring data-driven decisions within the HR department and across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform HR strategies and decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain HR dashboards, reports, and metrics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to employee engagement, turnover, recruitment, and other HR functions.
  • Collaborate with HR and management teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis on various HR topics, such as compensation, benefits, workforce planning, and employee demographics.
  • Assist in the design and implementation of HR initiatives based on data findings.
  • Provide recommendations to improve HR processes and practices based on data analysis.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all HR systems and databases.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in HR analytics.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in HR analytics, data analysis, or a similar role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or HRIS platforms.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights to non-technical audiences.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with HR metrics, including turnover rates, engagement scores, and recruitment metrics.
